Ohio High School Volleyball - Fredericktown over Columbus Academy

The Fredericktown Freddies (Fredericktown, OH) volleyball overcame the visiting Columbus Academy Vikings (Gahanna, OH), 3-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Fredericktown upgrades its record to 12-5 on the year. The Freddies travel to Mt. Gilead (Mt. Gilead, OH) to face the Indians in a Knox Morrow Athletic outing on Tuesday, October 4. The Indians go into the outing with a record of 2-12. Mt. Gilead lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Bucyrus (Bucyrus, OH)

The Vikings now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they host Buckeye Valley for a Mid-State - Ohio outing on Monday, October 3. Columbus Academy will face a Barons squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Hayes (Delaware, OH). The Barons record now stands at 10-6.
