The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Duchesne Eagles (Duchesne, UT) and the visiting Tintic Miners (Eureka, UT), saw Duchesne's volleyball squad beat Tintic by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Duchesne upgrades its record to 10-6 on the year. The Eagles travel to Granger (West Valley City, UT) to play the Lancers in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 1. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 2-9. Granger lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Roy (Roy, UT)

The Miners (8-7) will now prepare for their game against Milford (Milford, UT). The Tigers enter the non-league game with a 4-10 record. In their last game, Milford dropped by Escalante (Escalante, UT), 3-2, in a league game.
