South Dakota High School Volleyball - Gordon-Rushville over Lead-Deadwood

In Saturday's non-league contest, the Gordon-Rushville Mustangs (Gordon, NE) volleyball squad knocked off the host Lead-Deadwood Golddiggers (Lead, SD), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Mustangs battle the Kadoka Kougars (Kadoka, SD) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 1. Gordon-Rushville will attempt to better on its 18-6 season record. The Kougars come into the contest with a 6-8 record after their 3-1 league loss to Jones County (Murdo, SD).

With the loss, Lead-Deadwood drops to 2-16 on the campaign. The Golddiggers host Harding County (Buffalo, SD) to battle the Ranchers in a non-league contest on Tuesday, October 4. The Ranchers come into the contest with a record of 2-15. Harding County lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Kadoka (Kadoka, SD)
