The Little River Redskins (Little River, KS) volleyball nudged the host Halstead Dragons (Halstead, KS), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Little River upgrades its record to 20-3 on the year. The Redskins host Goessel (Goessel, KS) to face the Bluebirds in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 4. The Bluebirds go into the outing with a record of 16-10. Goessel won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Wichita HomeSchool (Wichita, KS)

The Dragons now own a 22-6 record. They play next when they host Southeast of Saline for a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 4. Halstead will face a Trojans squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Northeast Kansas Nighthawks HomeSchool (Topeka, KS). The Trojans record now stands at 11-7.
