The Iroquois Chiefs volleyball team (Elma, NY), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Sacred Heart Academy Sharks (Buffalo, NY)

The Sharks (21-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Portville (Portville, NY). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 15-2 record. In their last challenge, Portville defeated Fredonia (Fredonia, NY), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Chiefs meet the Chautauqua Lake Thunderbirds (Mayville, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 1. Iroquois will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Thunderbirds enter the challenge with a 14-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Forestville Central (Forestville, NY).
