Nebraska High School Volleyball - Thayer Central edged by Johnson County Central

The Johnson County Central Thunderbirds held off the host Thayer Central Titans volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Thunderbirds now have a 14-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Exeter-Milligan for a non-league test on Saturday, October 1. Johnson County Central will confront a Timberwolves team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Kenesaw (Kenesaw, NE). The Timberwolves record now stands at 9-6.

The Titans (17-4) will now prepare for their test against Falls City (Falls City, NE). The Tigers enter the non-league test with a 13-5 record. In their last test, Falls City held off Horton (Horton, KS), 3-0, in a non-league test.
