The Pioneers (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against New Designs University Park (Los Angeles, CA). The Cardinals enter the non-league challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, New Designs University Park was dropped by Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Vipers meet the Fulton Jaguars (Van Nuys, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 1. Magnolia Science Academy Carson will attempt to move on its 0-6 season record. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a 4-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences (Granada Hills, CA).
