The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Maplewood Baptist Academy Black Bears (Kinross, MI) and the host St. Michael Academy (Petoskey, MI), saw Maplewood Baptist Academy's volleyball squad beat St. Michael Academy by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Maplewood Baptist Academy upgrades its record to 14-3 on the year. The Black Bears travel to Harbor Light Christian (Harbor Springs, MI) to play the Swordsmen in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 11. The Swordsmen go into the bout with a record of 0-1.
