In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting McHenry Warriors volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Zion-Benton Zee-Bees.
With the win, McHenry upgrades its record to 11-13 on the year. The Warriors travel to Stillman Valley (Stillman Valley, IL) to play the Cardinals in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 1. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 6-14. Stillman Valley won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against South Beloit (South Beloit, IL)
The Zee-Bees now own a 2-16 record. They play next when they travel to Antioch for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 1. Zion-Benton will play a Sequoits squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL). The Sequoits record now stands at 7-18.
