The Piper Pirates volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Paola Panthers to 0 in the Pirates non-league victory on Saturday.
The Pirates now have a 15-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lansing for a non-league game on Saturday, October 1. Piper will meet a Lions team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Basehor-Linwood (Basehor, KS). The Lions record now stands at 18-3.
The Panthers (15-9) will now prepare for their game against Bonner Springs (Bonner Springs, KS). The Braves enter the Frontier game with a 4-17 record.
