In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting West Springfield Spartans football squad scored a good 43-14 triumph over the Alexandria City Titans.
The Spartans (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Robinson (Fairfax, VA). The Rams come into the non-league match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Robinson went down by West Potomac (Alexandria, VA), 22-7, in a non-league match.
Coming up next, the Titans meet the South County Stallions (Lorton, VA) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, October 9. Alexandria City will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Stallions come into the match with a 1-3 record after their 28-6 non-league loss to James Madison (Vienna, VA).
