The Herndon Hornets felled the host Washington-Liberty Generals football team by a score of 27-6 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Hornets play the Chantilly Chargers (Chantilly, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 9. Herndon will attempt to improve on its 4-0 season record.
The Generals (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA). The Statesmen go into the non-league challenge with a 0-5 record. In their last challenge, George C. Marshall was dropped by Langley (McLean, VA), 39-0, in a non-league challenge.
