In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Mountain View Mavericks volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Borah Lions.

The Mavericks (18-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Centennial (Boise, ID). The Patriots come into the challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Centennial was beaten by Mountain View (Meridian, ID), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lions meet the Timberline Wolves (Boise, ID) in a challenge, on Thursday, October 3. Borah will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 league loss to Mountain View (Meridian, ID).
