In Tuesday's non-league outing, the visiting Middletown South Eagles soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 victory over the Shore Regional Blue Devils.
The Eagles (8-1) will now prepare for their outing against Toms River South (Toms River, NJ). The Indians go into the non-league outing with a 6-3 record. In their last outing, Toms River South was overwhelmed by Jackson Memorial (Jackson Township, NJ), 1-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Blue Devils confront the Neptune Scarlet Fliers (Neptune, NJ) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, October 5. Shore Regional will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Scarlet Fliers go into the outing with a 1-5 record after their 10-1 non-league loss to Manalapan (Englishtown, NJ).
