Illinois High School Volleyball - Midwest Central tips Astoria/VIT

In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Midwest Central Raiders volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Astoria/VIT Rebels.

The Raiders (12-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Hartsburg-Emden (Hartsburg, IL). The Stags enter the challenge with a 0-0 record.

Next, the Rebels meet the Brown County Hornets (Mt. Sterling, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 7. Astoria/VIT will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record.
