In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Avon Park Red Devils volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Lake Wales Highlanders.
The Red Devils (15-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake Placid (Lake Placid, FL). The Dragons enter the challenge with a 1-1 record.
Next, the Highlanders meet the Lakeland Dreadnaughts (Lakeland, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 3. Lake Wales will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Dreadnaughts enter the challenge with a 7-3 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Winter Haven (Winter Haven, FL).
