In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Highland Hornets soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Cuyahoga Falls Black Tigers.

The Hornets (9-2) will now prepare for their outing against Olmsted Falls (Olmsted Falls, OH). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 5-4 record. In their last outing, Olmsted Falls Berea-Midpark (Berea, OH), 2-2, in a league outing.

Next up, the Black Tigers play the Roosevelt Rough Riders (Kent, OH) in a Suburban - American outing, on Saturday, October 5. Cuyahoga Falls will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Rough Riders go into the outing with a 4-7 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to Jackson (Massillon, OH).
