The Hinsdale Central Red Devils soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Lyons Lions to 2 in the Red Devils league victory on Tuesday.
The Red Devils now hold a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Hinsdale South for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 3. Hinsdale Central will play a Hornets squad coming off a 9-1 league win over Willowbrook (Villa Park, IL). The Hornets record now stands at 8-4.
With the loss, Lyons moves to 8-5 on the year. The Lions travel to Reavis (Burbank, IL) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 5. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 8-3. Reavis won 4-0 in their recent league bout against Bremen (Midlothian, IL)
