Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Peoples Academy Wolves (Morrisville, VT) and the host U-32 Raiders (Montpelier, VT), saw Peoples Academy's soccer squad hold off U-32 by a count of 2-1.

The Wolves (7-3) will now prepare for their battle against Hazen (Hardwick, VT). The Wildcats enter the Capital battle with a 3-7 record. In their last battle, Hazen was edged by Harwood (Moretown, VT), 8-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Raiders battle the Lyndon Institute Vikings (Lyndon Center, VT) in a Capital battle, on Saturday, October 5. U-32 will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Vikings enter the battle with a 0-8 record after their 6-0 league loss to Lake Region (Orleans, VT).
