The Capital City Cavaliers softball team scored 7 runs and held the host Southern Boone Eagles to 3 in the Cavaliers non-league win on Tuesday.
The Cavaliers now possess a 9-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Bloomfield for a non-league battle on Friday, October 4.
