The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Lincoln Southwest Silver Hawks (Lincoln, NE) and the visiting Fremont Tigers (Fremont, NE), observed Lincoln Southwest's softball team notch a victory over Fremont by a tally of 10-0.

The Silver Hawks (27-3) will now prepare for their bout against Lincoln East (Lincoln, NE). The Spartans go into the A District bout with a 17-13 record. In their last bout, Lincoln East was routed by Millard West (Omaha, NE), 8-0, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Lincoln North Star Navigators (Lincoln, NE) in a A District bout, on Thursday, October 3. Fremont will attempt to advance on its 12-16 season record. The Navigators go into the bout with a 13-13 record after their 8-0 league win over Lincoln Southeast (Lincoln, NE).
