Next, the Tigers meet the New Franklin Bulldogs (New Franklin, MO) in a Class 1 District 6 test, on Thursday, October 3. Pilot Grove will attempt to advance on its 4-9 season record. The Bulldogs go into the test with a 14-3 record after their 8-1 non-league win over Harrisburg (Harrisburg, MO).

The Panthers (4-12) will now prepare for their test against Slater (Slater, MO). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 6-7 record. In their last test, Slater prevailed over Tina-Avalon (Tina, MO), 10-0, in a non-league test.
