In Tuesday's league match, the host Marian Crusaders softball team scored a nice 10-0 win over the Omaha South Packers.

The Crusaders (8-16) will now prepare for their match against Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, NE). The Monarchs come into the A District match with a 21-8 record. In their last match, Papillion-LaVista notched a victory over Lincoln North Star (Lincoln, NE), 11-1, in a league match.

In their next game, the Packers battle the Papillion-LaVista South Titans (Papillion, NE) in a A District match, on Thursday, October 3. Omaha South will attempt to better on its 13-11 season record. The Titans come into the match with a 15-12 record after their 13-4 league loss to Elkhorn South (Omaha, NE).
