The Breckenridge Cowboys topped the visiting Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley Wolverines volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league game.

Next up, the Cowboys face the Barnesville Trojans (Barnesville, MN) in a Heart O'Lakes game, on Thursday, October 3. Breckenridge will attempt to advance on its 19-2 season record. The Trojans go into the game with a 13-8 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Wadena-Deer Creek (Wadena, MN).

The Wolverines (10-6) will now prepare for their game against Ashby (Ashby, MN). The Arrows go into the Little Eight game with a 0-11 record. In their last game, Ashby went down by Battle Lake (Battle Lake, MN), 3-0, in a league game.
