Kentucky High School Volleyball - Newport Central Catholic over Campbell County

The Newport Central Catholic Thoroughbreds (Newport, KY) volleyball knocked off the visiting Campbell County Camels (Alexandria, KY), 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Thoroughbreds now possess a 12-16 record. They play next when they host Bishop Brossart for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 3. Newport Central Catholic will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Augusta (Augusta, KY). The Mustangs record now stands at 16-8.

With the loss, Campbell County drops to 5-15 on the campaign. The Camels travel to Pendleton County (Falmouth, KY) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 3. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 13-3. Pendleton County won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Paris (Paris, KY)
