Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - East can't hold off Downingtown West

In Tuesday's league match, the Downingtown West Whippets (Downingtown, PA) volleyball squad tipped the host East Vikings (West Chester, PA), by a final score of 3-2.

Next up, the Whippets confront the Bayard Rustin Golden Knights (West Chester, PA) in a Ches-Mont match, on Wednesday, October 2. Downingtown West will attempt to advance on its 6-3 season record. The Golden Knights enter the match with a 5-6 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Haverford (Havertown, PA).

The Vikings (4-10) will now prepare for their match against Kennett (Kennett Square, PA). The Blue Demons enter the Ches-Mont match with a 2-4 record.
