The Western Hills Wolverines volleyball squad (Frankfort, KY), was defeated 3-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Franklin County Flyers (Frankfort, KY)

With the win, Franklin County improves its record to 25-4 on the season. The Flyers host Varsity Opponent (, ) to encounter the in a non-league battle on Thursday, October 3. The go into the battle with a record of 140-432.

The Wolverines now own a 15-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lexington Christian for a non-league battle on Wednesday, October 2. Western Hills will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Paul Laurence Dunbar (Lexington, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 13-9.
