Illinois High School Volleyball - Heritage over Villa Grove

The Heritage Hawks (Broadlands, IL) volleyball knocked off the visiting Villa Grove Blue Devils (Villa Grove, IL), 2-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Hawks now possess a 13-10 record. They play next when they travel to Okaw Valley for a Lincoln Prairie bout on Thursday, October 3. Heritage will clash with a Timberwolves team coming off a 2-0 league win over Blue Ridge (Farmer City, IL). The Timberwolves record now stands at 3-12.

With the loss, Villa Grove drops to 6-11 on the campaign. The Blue devils host Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond (Arthur, IL) to clash with the Knights in a Lincoln Prairie bout on Thursday, October 3. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 13-4. Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Oakland/Kansas/Shiloh (Oakland, IL)
