Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Huntingdon can't get by Hollidaysburg

The Hollidaysburg Golden Tigers edged the host Huntingdon Bearcats volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Tuesday's league contest.

The Golden Tigers (11-1) will now prepare for their contest against Penns Valley Area (Spring Mills, PA). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 1-10 record. In their last contest, Penns Valley Area was tipped by Clearfield (Clearfield, PA), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Bearcats meet the Penn Cambria Panthers (Cresson, PA) in a Laurel Highlands 2 contest, on Thursday, October 3. Huntingdon will attempt to upgrade on its 10-3 season record. The Panthers enter the contest with a 11-9 record after their 3-1 league win over Bishop McCort (Johnstown, PA).
