In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Resurrection Christian Cougars volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Sterling Tigers.
The Cougars (11-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Riverdale Ridge (Thornton, CO). The Ravens come into the non-league challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Riverdale Ridge was beaten by Westminster (Westminster, CO), 3-2, in a league challenge.
Next, the Tigers meet the Frontier Academy Wolverines (Greeley, CO) in a 4A/3A/2A Patriot challenge, on Thursday, October 3. Sterling will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a 4-9 record after their 3-1 league win over Fort Morgan (Fort Morgan, CO).
