Texas High School Volleyball - Riesel tips Wortham

October 1, 2024: Riesel, TX 76682

In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Riesel Indians volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Wortham Bulldogs.

The Indians (16-20) will now prepare for their challenge against Rosebud-Lott (Rosebud, TX). The Cougars come into the 2A Region II District 16 challenge with a 13-10 record. In their last challenge, Rosebud-Lott edged Chilton (Chilton, TX), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Axtell Longhorns (Axtell, TX) in a 2A Region II District 14 challenge, on Friday, October 4. Wortham will attempt to upgrade on its 10-18 season record.
