In Tuesday's league challenge, the host St. John's Islanders volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Scott's Branch Eagles.
The Islanders (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Lowcountry Leadership (Hollywood, SC). The NaviGators come into the challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, Lowcountry Leadership beat Bethune-Bowman (Orangeburg, SC), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Eagles play the Military Magnet Academy Eagles (North Charleston, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. Scott's Branch will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record.
