In Wednesday's league outing, the host Lake Flyers soccer squad scored a tight 3-1 victory over the Rossford Bulldogs.

The Flyers (5-5) will now prepare for their test against Wauseon (Wauseon, OH). The Indians come into the non-league test with a 2-12 record. In their last test, Wauseon by Otsego (Tontogany, OH), 10-2, in a non-league test.

The Bulldogs now have a 8-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Van Buren for a non-league test on Monday, October 6. Rossford will clash with a Black Knights team coming off a 4-0 league win over Upper Sandusky (Upper Sandusky, OH). The Black Knights record now stands at 8-6.
