In Wednesday's league outing, the visiting Oswego Panthers soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Plainfield North Tigers.

The Panthers (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Romeoville (Romeoville, IL). The Spartans come into the non-league test with a 1-6 record.

The Tigers now have a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Joliet Central for a test on Monday, October 6. Plainfield North will clash with a Steelmen team coming off a 2-2 league Joliet West (Joliet, IL). The Steelmen record now stands at 10-4.
