The Franklinton Red Rams volleyball squad (Franklinton, NC), dropped 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Falls Lake Firebirds (Creedmoor, NC)

With the win, Falls Lake improves its record to 14-0 on the season. The Firebirds travel to Oxford Prep (Oxford, NC) to meet the Griffins in a non-league contest on Thursday, October 2. The Griffins enter the contest with a record of 5-7. Oxford Prep lost 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against South Granville (Creedmoor, NC)

Next, the Red Rams meet the Knightdale Knights (Knightdale, NC) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 7. Franklinton will attempt to move on its 10-6 season record.
