The Jacksonville Crimsons soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host Beardstown Tigers to 0 in the Crimsons non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Crimsons now hold a 11-2 record. They play next when they travel to Springfield Southeast for a Central State Eight bout on Thursday, October 2. Jacksonville will play a Spartans squad coming off a 9-0 league loss to Glenwood (Chatham, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 3-12.

With the loss, Beardstown moves to 11-4 on the year. The Tigers travel to Lutheran (Springfield, IL) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Monday, October 6. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 9-2.
