With the triumph, Westmont Hilltop advances its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Hilltoppers host Bishop Carroll (Ebensburg, PA) to clash with the Huskies in a Laurel Highlands 1 test on Monday, October 6. The Huskies come into the test with a record of 7-9. Bishop Carroll lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against West Shamokin (Rural Valley, PA)

With the loss, Chestnut Ridge moves to 2-10 on the year. The Lions host Bishop Walsh (Cumberland, MD) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 4. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 5-8. Bishop Walsh lost 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Heritage Academy (Hagerstown, MD)
