Colorado High School Softball - Pomona knocked off by Mountain Range

October 1, 2025: Arvada, CO 80005

The Mountain Range Mustangs overwhelmed the host Pomona Panthers softball team by a margin of 16-6 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

The Mustangs now sport a 7-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Loveland for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 4. Mountain Range will encounter a Red Wolves team coming off a 12-2 league loss to Greeley West (Greeley, CO). The Red Wolves record now stands at 7-13.

With the loss, Pomona moves to 2-12 on the season. The Panthers travel to Golden (Golden, CO) to encounter the Demons in a 4A Jeffco outing on Thursday, October 2. The Demons go into the test with a record of 13-5. Golden won 16-2 in their recent league test against Conifer (Conifer, CO)
