The Calhoun Warriors volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting North Greene Spartans to 0 in the Warriors league triumph on Wednesday.

The Warriors now have a 14-6 record. They play next when they travel to Seymour for a non-league outing on Thursday, October 2. Calhoun will play a Indians team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to West Prairie (Sciota, IL). The Indians record now stands at 9-11.

With the loss, North Greene drops to 7-12 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Griggsville-Perry (Griggsville, IL) to play the Tornadoes in a Western Illinois Valley outing on Monday, October 6. The Tornadoes come into the outing with a record of 3-13. Griggsville-Perry lost 2-0 in their recent league outing against Triopia/Virginia (Concord, IL)
