In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host Smyrna Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Cane Ridge Ravens.
The Bulldogs (11-13) will now prepare for their challenge against LaVergne (LaVergne, TN). The Wolverines come into the AAA District 7 challenge with a 0-13 record. In their last challenge, LaVergne lost by Cookeville (Cookeville, TN), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Ravens play the Overton Bobcats (Nashville, TN) in a AAA District 11 challenge, on Thursday, October 2. Cane Ridge will attempt to better on its 3-11 season record.
