In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host Whiteland Warriors volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Edinburgh Lancers.
The Warriors (9-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Center Grove (Greenwood, IN). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 19-8 record. In their last challenge, Center Grove beat Jennings County (North Vernon, IN), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lancers play the Hauser Jets (Hope, IN) in a Mid-Hoosier game, on Tuesday, October 7. Edinburgh will attempt to advance on its 3-17 season record.
