North Carolina High School Volleyball - Franklinton bounced by Falls Lake

The Franklinton Red Rams volleyball squad (Franklinton, NC), dropped 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Falls Lake Firebirds (Creedmoor, NC)

The Firebirds (20-4) will now prepare for their contest against Oxford Prep (Oxford, NC). The Griffins enter the Triangle North 1A/2A contest with a 8-10 record. In their last contest, Oxford Prep was knocked off by South Granville (Creedmoor, NC), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Red Rams battle the Vance County Vipers (Henderson, NC) in a Northern Six 6A/7A contest, on Thursday, October 2. Franklinton will attempt to move on its 13-5 season record. The Vipers enter the contest with a 0-14 record after their 3-0 league loss to East Wake (Wendell, NC).
