In Wednesday's non-league match, the Oakley Hornets (Oakley, ID) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Grace Grizzlies (Grace, ID), by a count of 3-1.
The Hornets (13-6) will now prepare for their contest against Valley (Hazelton, ID). The Vikings enter the 2A Snake River contest with a 12-2 record. In their last contest, Valley notched a victory over Shoshone (Shoshone, ID), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Grizzlies meet the Rockland Bulldogs (Rockland, ID) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 2. Grace will attempt to move on its 7-9 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 9-6 record after their 3-2 league loss to Leadore (Leadore, ID).
