The crowd at Monday's league test between the Penobscot Valley Howlers (Howland, ME) and the host Lee Academy Pandas (Lee, ME), saw Penobscot Valley's soccer squad knock off Lee Academy by a count of 4-1.

The Howlers now hold a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Schenck for a non-league test on Thursday, October 13. Penobscot Valley will meet a Wolverines squad coming off a 9-1 non-league win over Mattanawcook (Lincoln, ME). The Wolverines record now stands at 6-5.

With the loss, Lee Academy drops to 5-4 on the season. The Pandas travel to Washington Academy (East Machias, ME) to meet the Raiders in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 12. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 11-0. Washington Academy won 11-4 in their recent league test against Mount View (Thorndike, ME)
