The Panthers now sport a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Notre Dame Catholic for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 11. Pomperaug will meet a Lancers squad coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Masuk (Monroe, CT). The Lancers record now stands at 1-7.

With the loss, Watertown drops to 3-6 on the season. The Indians host Naugatuck (Naugatuck, CT) to meet the Greyhounds in a Naugatuck Valley test on Tuesday, October 11. The Greyhounds come into the test with a record of 5-2. Naugatuck won 6-1 in their recent league test against Derby (Derby, CT)
