Connecticut High School Volleyball - Trumbull over Bridgeport Central

The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Trumbull Eagles (Trumbull, CT) and the host Bridgeport Central Hilltoppers (Bridgeport, CT), saw Trumbull's volleyball squad beat Bridgeport Central by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Trumbull upgrades its record to 7-5 on the year. The Eagles travel to Stamford (Stamford, CT) to play the Black Knights in a Fairfield County bout on Wednesday, October 12. The Black Knights go into the bout with a record of 6-5.

The Hilltoppers now own a 0-11 record. They play next when they host Wilton for a Fairfield County bout on Wednesday, October 12. Bridgeport Central will play a Warriors squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Danbury (Danbury, CT). The Warriors record now stands at 9-3.
