The Elkton/Lake Benton Elks volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Iroquois/Lake Preston to 0 in the Elks non-league victory on Monday.

The Elks now possess a 19-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Deuel for a A Region 2 game on Tuesday, October 11. Elkton/Lake Benton will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Tiospa Zina (Agency Village, SD). The Cardinals record now stands at 5-13.

The (7-13) will now prepare for their game against Sanborn Central/Woonsocket (Forestburg, SD). The Rebels enter the non-league game with a 7-15 record. In their last game, Sanborn Central/Woonsocket was dropped by Howard (Howard, SD), 3-0, in a non-league game.
