The crowd at Tuesday's non-league test between the Taft Eagles (Chicago, IL) and the visiting New Trier Trevians (Winnetka, IL), saw Taft's soccer squad get by New Trier by a margin of 1-0.
The Eagles now sport a 14-7 record. They play next when they travel to Hubbard for a non-league test on Thursday, October 12. Taft will encounter a Greyhounds squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Lane Tech (Chicago, IL). The Greyhounds record now stands at 2-3.
With the loss, New Trier drops to 3-2 on the season. The Trevians host Vernon Hills (Vernon Hills, IL) to encounter the Cougars in a non-league test on Saturday, October 14. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 2-4.
