New Hampshire High School Soccer - Hopkinton knocks off Sanborn Regional

Hopkinton Hawks (Contoocook, NH) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Sanborn Regional Indians (Kingston, NH), 8-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Hawks confront the Stevens Cardinals (Claremont, NH) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 16. Hopkinton will attempt to better on its 12-1 season record. The Cardinals enter the challenge with a 12-2 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Bishop Brady (Concord, NH).

The Indians now have a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kearsarge for a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 12. Sanborn Regional will confront a Cougars team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Mascoma (Canaan, NH). The Cougars record now stands at 8-4.
