The Plainfield Panthers soccer team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Killingly Redmen to 1 in the Panthers non-league victory on Tuesday.
Next, the Panthers face the Old Lyme Wildcats (Old Lyme, CT) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 12. Plainfield will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record. The Wildcats enter the contest with a 3-3 record after their 1-1 non-league Stonington (Stonington, CT).
The Redmen now have a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ledyard for a non-league contest on Wednesday, October 11. Killingly will face a Colonels team coming off a 2-2 non-league Cromwell (Cromwell, CT). The Colonels record now stands at 2-8.
